rainbow + coyote = <>*<>

On my way to work this morning, I see a coyote waiting to cross the road. I marvel at this coyote’s patience for and awareness of the cars that pass by. It picks the appropriate time to cross as one car going up hill pauses and another car coming down hill at a slow rate continues down the road, coyote is unharmed. I smile, in delight.  What was once a hum along to the music I am listening to becomes a song, and I hope the coyote hears me while I continue slowly on my journey up hill to work. As suspected, the coyote notices me, but is not interested in my presence and continues on its journey but crosses my path back to the other side of the street from where it came.(did i really need to hang around for the coyote to be irritated with me secretly stalking it, only to have it attack me? I think not. Strangely this sounds like relationship drama … its nice to shakes things up once in a while with walks to work, anyhow I digress) I reach the hill’s plateau, where I see the view of the bay in front of mountains. To my second delight of the morning , a low vibrancy rainbow, wide in girth, descends toward the sea.
